But as I get older and older the number of wet-nights decrease. And one more thing I don't think that my bladder has small capacity. Thank you, doctor :)

Hi Nour, in a very small number of cases people do continue to experience bedwetting through to their adult years. As I am sure you are aware there are a number of causes to bedwetting, with a small bladder capacity being just one. You do not mention what checks or assessments that you have had over the years? The fact that you are experiencing the occasional dry night I would strongly recommend you look at introducing a conditioning alarm to try and help you to achieve permanent nighttime continence. The success of the program is certainly higher amongst people who experience less frequent wetting like you. If this sounds like something you would like to try then the first thing to do is speak with your GP who can advise you best how to approach this or alternatively refer you to a medical practioner who specializes in this area. The more guidance and support you receive during this process the greater the likelihood that you will experience a positive outcome. All the best. Regards, Dr Cathrine
